If I could give more stars I would so here goes 5more 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟. I had an emergency where my Crown cracked and I needed a tooth pulled. I called Friday evening and got an appt for Saturday morning. My first time here walking in as a new patient I didn't know what to expect. When I walked into the office I knew I was in the right place, the purple decor and staff with purple on (my favorite color). Dr Chin was Exceptional, Professional, Kind, Patient, Knowledgeable, Friendly, Easy to understand and Gentle! Cannot leave out the entire staff Friendly, Patient, and Helpful. I got my new replacement crown and tooth extraction the same day. No bleeding, no pain....One happy camper! Super big shoutout to Ms Debbie for the follow up call to check on me💜Yes, I will revisit as well as recommend.

I was in severe tooth pain and I was able to get seen right away! The office is so nice and clean! The staff was amazing and went through all my options with me including the price of each. Best part, is that they didn’t push a particular choice. They let me make the best decision for me and what I could afford! The dentist was so gentle and talked me through everything he was doing. I hate getting novacane! But the way the dentist administered it, I barely felt it! A staff member, Debbie even called to check up on me after the procedure! She was so friendly and kind! I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a dentist or searching for an emergency dentist during the weekend or can’t be seen by your dentist and you’re severe pain like I was!

Laurel Pines Dental was great!! I was having excruciating pain all Friday and through the night, I woke up trying to find an emergency dental office. Based on my symptoms everything said I should seek emergency care. I called Saturday morning and was trying to get in before I had an event to attend later that morning. They were able to get me and checked out so quickly. They were all so kind and quick. Everyone I encountered was friendly. I would recommend this office!!

I came in with some wisdom tooth pain assuming I needed them removed and they were able to take them all out the same day. Everybody was really nice, especially Debbie, and the place is very clean. I was pretty nervous and their professionalism made me feel better. Their after hours phone line is also super helpful.

It was amazing to find a service over the weekend. Toothache hurts and my regular dentist wasn't able to o fit me in. There was no wait for my appointment. The doc and the assistants were very cordial and amazingly perfect

I had a broken tooth that needed to be taken out during July 4th weekend. They were able to see me on short notice on a Sunday and take care of everything, and even worked with me financially to make it possible. Debbie was super helpful in scheduling the appointment and then followed up the next day to see how I was doing.

The professionals and dental staff at Laurel Pines Dental Group are fantastic. Very warm atmosphere, friendly, personable. Clean office space, private rooms for treatment. I was surprised that crowns are done the same day. I’ve had a crown done previously at another dental practice and I had to have an impression done, it had to be sent out to be made, and I had to return for it to be placed at a later date. Dr. Birchan thoroughly described the process of replacing my crown. Abada and Debbie were great at assisting and providing help with my insurance information. All in all, it was a good experience. I highly recommend this practice for your dental care.

I’ve been going to this dentist office for many years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about it. It’s such a family-oriented place with an absolutely wonderful staff. From the moment you walk in, everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which makes such a difference. They always make you feel comfortable and cared for, and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do. Every visit is a great experience, and it’s honestly a pleasure coming in for appointments. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist who feels more like family than just a provider.

I came here to get my wisdom tooth extracted and a bone graft. From the moment I walked in the office was spotless. It was so clean and the environment was so welcoming. The ladies at the desk who helped me check in for my appointment were so incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr Samad was amazing!! He so was incredibly nice and you can tell that he really enjoys what he does. He was so knowledgeable and patient with me. Thank you to everyone at Laurel dental group!
